Miro Reportedly Re-Signs With AEW

All Elite Wrestling star Miro has reportedly signed a contract extension with the company.

As reported by Fightful Select, Miro’s new deal will see him stay with the company until 2026. The deal was also agreed upon in late 2021, but not officially signed until shortly afterwards.

Fightful are also reporting that Miro’s contract was originally set to expire in spring 2022, which is seen as bizarre by some as the former WWE star only debuted for AEW back in September 2020.

Miro originally debut for All Elite Wrestling as The Best Man for the romance angle between Kip Sabian and Penelope Ford. The alliance would end in March 2021, where Miro would break off as a solo star. In March 2021, Miro would defeat Darby Allin to become the TNT Champion, Miro’s only title win in the promotion at the time of writing.

The former TNT Champion has not been seen on AEW programming since the 2021 Full Gear pay-per-view. Miro was a finalist in the World Title Eliminator Tournament, but lost to Bryan Danielson.
