Wrestling Ratings From February 18th

The ratings are in for the February 18th editions of Friday Night SmackDown and AEW Rampage. On average, 2.173 million people watched SmackDown while 471,000 people watched AEW Rampage. The numbers have been obtained by Brandon Thurston from Wrestlenomics:

Both shows have seen a drop in viewers compared to the previous week. In regards to SmackDown, the February 11th show drew an average viewership of 2.231 million, the drop calculates to approximately 2.6%. 704,000 viewers were in the key demographic age range of 18 to 49 years old, equating to a 0.54 rating. This is also down from the 0.56 rating from February 11th. It should be noted that this show was pre-taped due to the roster travelling to Saudi Arabia for the Elimination Chamber Premium Live Event.

In regards to AEW Rampage, as the February 11th show drew an average audience of 549,000 viewers, the drop calculates to 14.2%. Rampage saw 261,000 viewers between 18 and 49 years old watch the show, equating to a 0.20 rating. This is up from the 0.19 rating from February 11th.

The pre-taped SmackDown show saw a new champion crowned, as Sami Zayn defeated Shinsuke Nakamura to become the new Intercontinental Champion. Rampage saw official match announcements for the Revolution pay-per-view, with 2 new championship matches due to take place.
