All Elite Wrestling have announced a loaded card for the upcoming edition of AEW Rampage. Along with multiple big matches, this episode of Rampage will be broadcast live, as opposed to being pre-taped, which multiple episodes of Rampage have been over recent weeks.
The January 21st show will see the in-ring return of Jon Moxley, who made his return to AEW on the January 19th edition of Dynamite. In the return segment, Moxley cut an impassioned promo where he said that he is going to ‘Grab the world of professional wrestling by the balls!’ The former AEW Champion will be facing Ethan Page on Rampage.
Next, fan favourite Hook will be competing live for the first time in AEW. The Team Taz member will be facing Serpentico in singles action in his 4th match for the promotion. As previously mentioned, while this is not the first time Hook will wrestle in front of a live crowd, this is the first time that Hook’s match will be happening live.
A championship match also will be taking place, as new TBS Champion Jade Cargill will be defending the new title for the first time. Cargill will be defending the TBS Championship against Anna Jay.
The following matches will be taking place on Rampage:
- Jon Moxley vs. Ethan Page.
- Hook vs. Serpentico.
- Jade Cargill (c) vs. Anna Jay – Singles match for the TBS Championship.
- Trent Beretta and Rocky Romero vs. The Young Bucks.
