More Royal Rumble Entrants Announced On SmackDown

More contestants have been announced for the men’s Royal Rumble match. Before SmackDown took place on January 14th, WWE put out a video on their social media account. The video shows Baron Corbin and Madcap Moss both declaring themselves for the iconic match.

Two more entrants were announced during the SmackDown broadcast. The first of these newly announced entrants was Sami Zayn. The former Intercontinental Champion was angry about the way that Jackass star Johnny Knoxville gained entry into the Royal Rumble match, and has declared himself into the match to get even with Knoxville.

The final entrant announced on January 14th was Kofi Kingston. The New Day member stated that King Woods is injured, so is unable to compete on January 29th. However, Woods has demanded that the Royal Rumble match should have some royal representation. Therefore, Kingston has been entered into the match for the 14th time in his career, the second most entries in WWE history. Kane is the only superstar to have more entries.
