The Christmas Day edition of AEW Rampage: Holiday Bash will be broadcast from the Greensboro Coliseum in Greensboro, North Carolina.
The two most newsworthy matches are in regards to the TNT Championship and the second match of an AEW superstar respectively. Firstly, Cody Rhodes answered Sammy Guevara’s open challenge earlier in December, so will challenge the Spanish God for the TNT Championship on the show. Also, following a well received in-ring debut, Hook will be having his second match for AEW on Rampage.
The following matches will be taking place on the Holiday Bash special:
- Jungle Boy vs. Isiah Kassidy
- Hook vs. Bear Bronson
- Kris Statlander vs. “Legit” Leyla Hirsch
- Sammy Guevara (c) vs. Cody Rhodes – Singles match for the TNT Championship
