Seth Rollins has commented on the recent altercation that took place on Monday Night Raw. Rollins was the victim of an attack by a member of the audience on the November 22nd edition of the red brand.
TMZ caught up with The Visionary following the incident that took place on live tv. While the events all happened so fast, Seth Rollins has praised the security for acting in a quick fashion:
“It happened very quickly. I was mostly just reacting and hoping that our security would come and do their job. Which they did very quickly. And then was just trying to detach and move on. Hope that everybody is okay.”
The interviewer then asked if the former WWE Champion thought at first that the attack might have been part of the show, to which Rollins denied:
“Once the tackle happened I knew what was going on. The guy was barreling around the corner.” Seth has also confirmed that neither he did not sustain any injuries as a result of the events that took place inside the Barclays Center. “No, no serious injuries. Nothing like that. I was safe, we were safe. Everything was okay.”
It has been reported by Marc Raimondi that the fan who tackled Rollins was a 24 year old male named Elisah Spencer, who has been handed over to the NYPD and currently faces 2 charges.
Rollins finished the interaction with TMZ by stating that he does not want to see SPencer inside of a WWE arena again:
“I think as a precedence he probably should not be allowed at the events.”
