Men’s Raw Survivor Series Team Changed

The Raw men’s Survivor Series team has undergone a change prior to the pay-per-view. As a result of the events of the November 8th edition of Monday Night Raw, Bobby Lashley has replaced Dominik Mysterio’s spot in the team.

The teams for both Raw and SmackDown were announced on social media on Saturday November 6th. For Raw, the team announced was Seth Rollins, Finn Balor, Kevin Owens, Rey Mysterio and Dominik Mysterio. However, on the November 8th Raw, WWE official Adam Pearce approached both of the Mysterios. Despite being a representative for both brands, Pearce stated that he wanted Raw to win at Survivor Series. The WWE Official then pointed out that all men in the Raw Survivor Series team have previously been World Champions, with the exception of Dominik Mysterio.

An impromptu match was set where if Dominik was victorious, he would remain on the team. However, if the opponent were to win, they would replace the former tag team champion. The mystery opponent was revealed to be Bobby Lashley, who is a former WWE Champion in his own right. Lashley easily squashed Mysterio and will now fight alongside Dominik’s father to represent the red brand.

The new Raw team will face the SmackDown team of Drew McIntyre, Jeff Hardy, King Xavier Woods, Sami Zayn and Baron Corbin in an elimination match on November 21st.
