The 2021 Full Gear pay-per-view took place on Saturday November 13th, with the event being held at the  Target Center in Minneapolis, Minnesota.

The following matches have been announced for Full Gear 2021:

• Thunder Rosa and Hikaru Shida defeated Nyla Rose and Jamie Hayter via pinfall. This match took place on the buy-in pre-show.
• MJF defeated Darby Allin via pinfall.
• The Lucha Brothers defeated FTR via pinfall to retain the AEW Tag Team Championships.
• Bryan Danielson defeated Miro by submission. This victory means that Danielson will receive an opportunity at the AEW World Championship at some point in the future,
• Christian Cage and The Jurassic Express defeated Adam Cole and The Young Bucks via pinfall. the match was a Falls Count Anywhere match.
• Cody Rhodes and PAC defeated Malakai Black and Andrade El Idolo via pinfall.
• Dr. Britt Baker D.M.D. defeated Tay Conti via pinfall to retain the AEW Women’s Championship.
• CM Punk defeated Eddie Kingston via pinfall.
• The Inner Circle [Chris Jericho, Jake Hager, Sammy Guevara, Santana and Ortiz] defeated the American Top Team [Junior dos Santos, Andrei Arlovski and Dan Lambert] Ethan Page and Scorpio Sky via pinfall.
• “Hangman” Adam Page defeated Kenny Omega via pinfall to become the new AEW World Champion.
