First Match Officially Announced For AEW Full Gear

The first match for the upcoming All Elite Wrestling pay per view, Full Gear, has been officially announced by AEW. The AEW World Champion Kenny Omega will defend his championship against “Hangman” Adam Page at the November 13th event.

While AEW president Tony Khan has stated this match will take place in interviews, there has been no official announcement on AEW programming. However, a recent update on AEW’s Twitter now confirms the news along with a match graphic:

Page is being promoted to appear on the October 16th edition of Dynamite in a promo segment. “Hangman” Adam Page earned his opportunity at the AEW World Championship on the October 6th Dynamite. The anniversary edition of AEW’s flagship held a Casino Ladder Match in the main event of the show, where the winner would receive a future match with Omega for the AEW title. Page was the surprise joker in the match, and went on to win the championship match.
