The semi-finals for both the King of the Ring and Queen’s Crown tournaments have been decided following the events of the October 11th episode of Monday Night Raw.
First round matches for each tournament took place on the most recent edition of the red brand. It should be noted that the participants and full brackets were confirmed on the October 8th edition of SmackDown.
In regards to the King of the Ring, Xavier Woods defeated Ricochet and Jinder Mahal defeated Kofi Kingston to advance to the semi-final match. The two matches featuring the final four in the King of The Ring tournament are as follows:
- Finn Balor vs. Sami Zayn [To take place on the October 15th SmackDown]
- Jinder Mahal vs. Xavier Woods [While no announced date has been set, expect this match to take place on the October 18th Raw]
The updated bracket is as follows:
Two first round matches also took place in the inaugural Queen’s Crown tournament on the most recent episode of Raw. Doudrop defeated Natalya and Shayna Baszler defeated Dana Brooke. This means that the semi-finals for the Queen’s Crown tournament are now as follows:
- Carmella vs. Zelina Vega [To take place on the October 15th SmackDown]
- Doudrop vs. Shayna Baszler [While no announced date has been set, expect this match to take place on the October 18th Raw]
