WWE Announces Bracket For King Of The Ring

The full list of superstars and the bracket for the King of the Ring tournament has been announced by WWE. The superstars competing in the tournament are as follows:

  • Rey Mysterio
  • Sami Zayn
  • Finn Balor
  • Cesaro
  • Kofi Kingston
  • Jinder Mahal
  • Xavier Woods
  • Ricochet

While 8 superstars have been announced for the tournament, 2 have already been eliminated. The October 8th SmackDown saw 2 first round matches take place as Rey Mysterio faced Sami Zayn and Finn Balor faced Cesaro.

Both Zayn and Balor were each successful in their respective matches. WWE published the updated bracket following the events of SmackDown. The updated bracket can be seen below:

It has been announced that the semi-finals for the blue brand portion of this tournament will be taking place on the October 15th episode of SmackDown. While no air date has been announced yet, Kofi Kingston vs. Jinder Mahal and Xavier Woods vs. Ricochet will be taking place on an episode of Raw in the near future.
