The September 24th edition of Friday Night SmackDown will be broadcast live from the Wells Fargo Center in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. This will be the final edition of the blue brand before the Extreme Rules pay per view on Sunday September 26th.

A title match will be happening on the show as Shinsuke Nakamura will defend his Intercontinental Championship against Apollo Crews. Also announced for SmackDown is a match between Liv Morgan and Zelina Vega. One segment has also been announced, a talk show with Happy Corbin entitled ‘Happy Talk’

As this is the final WWE TV show before Extreme Rules, expect some matches to add stipulations. Currently, only Roman Reigns vs. “The Demon” Finn Balor is the only no-disqualification match officially announced for September 26th.
