WWE RAW Ratings For Extreme Rules Go-Home Show

The viewership has been revealed for the September 20th edition of Monday Night RAW. The final episode of the red brand before Extreme Rules saw an average of 1.793 million people watch the show. The numbers have been obtained by Brandon Thurston from Wrestlenomics:

The viewership has seen an increase from the September 13th edition of Monday Night RAW. On average 1.670 million people tuned in the previous week to see Big E cash-in his contract to become the new WWE Champion. The increase in viewers for the Extreme Rules go-home show is approximately 7.3%.

The key demographic also had a strong showing for Monday Night RAW. The show obtained a 0.49 rating overall, which equates to 642,000 viewers. This is also an increase on the September 13th show’s rating of 0.43.

Monday night’s ratings were dominated by the NFL game of Detroit Lions vs. Green Bay Packers. As also reported by Brandon Thurston, nearly 12 million people watched Monday Night Football, ranking the show at number one by a substantial margin.

The narrative running throughout RAW saw new WWE Champion Big E celebrating his victory, while also continuing the feud between factions The New Day and The Bloodline.
