Multiple Matches Added To Extreme Rules

Three more matches have been added to the Extreme Rules pay per view, following the events of the September 6th episode of RAW.

Firstly, the WWE Championship will be defended on the show. Randy Orton issued a challenge to title holder Bobby Lashley, to which the champion accepted. Secondly, the United States Championship will be on the line as a result of a number one contenders match. Sheamus defeated Drew McIntyre on RAW to earn a rematch with Damian Priest for the US Title.

The final match from RAW to be added to Extreme Rules will be for the RAW Women’s Championship. Charlotte Flair will defend her title against Alexa Bliss on Sunday September 26th. On RAW, Flair successfully defended her title against Nia Jax. Following the victory, Bliss appeared on the big screen to invite the RAW Women’s Champion to the playground. The lights went dark and then Alexa appeared in the ring and pointed at Charlotte’s Championship, to which The Queen accepted.

The current line-up for extreme rules is as follows:

While all announced matches are currently standard singles matches, expect this to change. As is the nature of the Extreme Rules pay per view, most matches have a stipulation involving weapons.
