Bryan Danielson Makes AEW Debut At All Out

Bryan Danielson has officially signed with All Elite Wrestling. The star formerly known as Daniel Bryan in WWE appeared in person at the All Out pay per view on Sunday September 5th.

The former WWE Champion made the surprise appearance following Adam Cole’s shock debut and joining of The Elite faction. AEW Champion Kenny Omega was about to continue gloating, following his victory in the main event of All Out over challenger Christian Cage. Omega was the interrupted by the Ride of the Valkyries, and Bryan emerged onstage.

The new AEW signee then chased off The Elite and stood tall to close the show along with Jurassic Express and Christian Cage.

Danielson has not been seen on TV since April 2021. The former WWE Champion’s final appearance for the company was a match for the Universal Championship against Roman Reigns. The match also had the added stipulation that if Bryan lost the match, he would be banished from SmackDown. Daniel Bryan failed to capture the title abs was subsequently banned from appearing on the blue brand.

Following this defeat, multiple reports came out that not appearing on SmackDown was more than just storyline. It was reported that Danielson’s contract had actually expired and the WrestleMania main event we had not signed a new deal.
