WWE Extreme Rules pay per view took place place on Sunday September 26th at the Nationwide Arena in Columbus, Ohio.

The results from the show are as follows:

• Liv Morgan defeated Carmella – This match took place on the pre-show.
• The New Day [Big E, Xavier Woods and Kofi Kingston] defeated AJ Styles, Omos and Bobby Lashley.
• The Usos (c) vs. The Street Profits – Tag Team match for the SmackDown Tag Team Championships.
• Charlotte Flair (c) defeated Alexa Bliss to retain the RAW Women’s Championship.
• Damian Priest (c) defeated Sheamus and Jeff Hardy in a Triple threat match to retain the United States Championship.
• Becky Lynch (c) vs. Bianca Belair Ended in a no contest.
• Roman Reigns (c) defeated “The Demon” Finn Balor in an Extreme Rules match to retain the Universal Championship.

Other notable points from the show:

• Following the six man tag opener, Bobby Lashley issued a challenge to Big E for a rematch for the WWE Championship. Big E accepted and the match was made official for the September 27th edition of Monday night RAW.
• Sasha Banks made her WWE return on the show. The Boss caused the SmackDown Women’s Championship to end in a no contest.
