WWE Hell In A Cell Go-Home RAW Rating Revealed

The June 14th viewership for Monday Night RAW has been revealed. The go-home episode for Hell in A Cell drew an average of 1.742 million viewers. The rating has been obtained from Fightful. The article by Fightful has credited John Ourand of the Sports Business Journal as their source:

This rating is an increase from the previous week’s numbers. The June 7th episode drew 1.640 million viewers. With many fans criticising WWE for the ending of the June 7th episode, it is surprising that figures have increased on what many called the worst ending to Monday Night RAW in some time. The June 7th episode’s main event segment was a horror style sequence between Shayna Baszler and Alexa Bliss’ doll Lilly. The confrontation has lead to a match booked between Bliss and Baszler at the Hell in A Cell event on June 20th.

Monday Night RAW is steadily improving on their viewership. There were concerns recently about the viewership for the red brand, with the Memorial Day episode drawing the second lowest number in the shows history.

The demographic numbers have also increased on the previous week. June 14th edition saw the 18-49 viewership increase to 0.49, an increase of 0.1 from June 7th. The June 14th episode was main evented by a six man tag match. WWE Champion Bobby Lashley teamed with Tag Team Champions AJ Styles and Omos. They faced Lashley’s challenger for Hell in A Cell Drew McIntyre and the Viking Raiders. McIntyre won the match by pinning Bobby Lashley following a Claymore.
