The WWE Championship will be defended inside the Hell in A Cell structure taking place at the pay per view of the same name.

Champion Bobby Lashley will put his title on the line against Drew McIntyre for one final battle inside the cell structure on June 20th. The stipulation was added on the June 7th edition of Monday Night RAW. As both men were signing the contract for their match, MVP told Drew that if he failed to beat Lashley, there would be no more opportunities at the WWE Championship for the Scottish Warrior. McIntyre upped the stakes by proposing the Hell in A Cell match, which Lashley accepted.

The current card for the Hell in A Cell pay per view on Sunday June 20th is as follows:

• Bobby Lashley (c) vs. Drew McIntyre – Hell in A Cell match for the WWE Championship. If Drew loses, he will not be able to challenge Bobby Lashley again for the title.
• Rhea Ripley (c) vs. Charlotte Flair – Singles match for the RAW Women’s Championship.
• Bianca Belair (c) vs. Bayley – Singles match for the SmackDown Women’s Championship.
